Kamins Farm brought the summer magic for Flower Fest — blooms, local vendors, animals, and good eats!
In honor of the sanctuary, our menu was Vegetarian while also including vegan options.
Baked Beans;
Six bean medley in a tangy molasses and vidalia onion sauce w/ cornbread croutons [vegan]
Chopped Chickpea Salad;
Chopped romaine, iceberg, red cabbage, carrot, sundried tomato, artichoke heart, cashew parmesan, plant based bacon crumble and sweet red wine vinaigrette [vegan]
Sweet Corn Elotes;
Steamed local sweet corn with our elotes crema, tajin and cashew parmesan [vegan]
