After spending years working at small family restaurants in the colorful mountains of Colorado, I found my love for cooking. I made my way back to the midwest and have since gained over 10 years experience as a corporate catering chef, even having the opportunity to cook for the Chicago Bears. I began my career as a line cook and ultimately worked my way up to executive chef of one of the largest corporate campuses in the Chicagoland area.
With a focus on hand crafted dishes, locally sourced ingredients and fresh flavor, I look forward to making your next meal or event the best one yet!
